NCR | Lead UX/UI Designer
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design on Aloha Online Ordering customer and consumer side. Involved in UX/UI design for Engage Mobile online ordering app.
Collaborate with UX researchers to create user research plan and conduct user testing. Analyze online ordering data for UX insights.
Design user interface and user interaction leveraging existing NCR design system. Manage the style-guide for consumer faced products.
Work closely with product managers, product owners and developers in multiple Agile teams. Participate in roadmap planning and design project management. Hand off designs with white-label and accessibility in consideration.
